CSULB Shotokan Karate Club hosted a tournament for white-belt and brown-belt members of the club and of other dojos. The tournament serves as a learning source for those who wish to learn and improve their jiyu kumite (free sparring) skills and for black belts who wish to refine their refereeing skills.
